Components of Fitness

Health:-
- Cardiovascular Endurance
- Muscular Endurance
- Strength
- Flexibility
- Body Composition:- Endomorph
                                    Ectomorph
                                    Mesomorph
Endomorph:- They look pear-shaped because of the high tendency to store body fat. They do train with intensity, watch their carb intake and build up the shoulders. They don't do endless crunshes, joy for hours or drink sports drinks. The endomorph is the hardest body type to have in terms of managing you weight and overall fitness.

Ectomorph:- They look lean and long because of the difficulty to build up muscles. They train with compound moves, get enough protein anad use isolation moves to finish. They don't overemphasise isolation moves or do too much cardio. Ectomorphs have to work harder on the weights in order to gain a toned physique.

Mesomorph:- They look well build as they have a high metabolism and responsive muscle cells. They train like an athlete, they time their workouts and set a personal best. They don't take their bodies for granted or eat whatever they like. If they do take their body for granted it could lead to diluted workouts and poor diets.Keeping in peak physical condition is often tempered by scattered approach to eating and training.

Skill:-
-Balance
-Power
-Coordination
-Reaction Time
-Speed
-Agility

We had a improvisation task which was done in pairs, you had your partner touch a body part and move it in a way they want you to, that's all improvised. Then the next task was to choreograph movement, which we had to keep the body parts that we moved in the same order that our partner did the movement then we had created a small motif.

Body parts:-
1)Arm (right)
2) Shoulder (left)
3) Head
4) Shoulder (right)
5) Foot (left)
6) spine
7) Feet
8) Head
